One of our housemates is moving overseas so we are looking for an awesome new person to take her room. The house location is fantastic, we are situated on a quiet street close to the corner of Punt and Bridge Rd in Richmond. Only minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bars and Melbourne life. It's a $12 taxi from the city or a 25 minute walk through the idellyic Fitzroy gardens.
Public transport couldn't be easier, we are 1 minute from a tram stop, 2 minutes from West Richmond station and 10 minutes walk to Richmond station.
The room is large and furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe, however room can be unfurnished if preferred. The house has everything you need, there's a decent sized private patio out the back and BBQ for summer fun times.
You will be sharing the house with 3 girls, all late 20s to early 30s. All have professional or hospo jobs. We often have a fews wines together and all get along well. We have lived here for close to 4 years and we really love this place. It's much more than just a houseshare, it's our home.
