The house, the cat and I are looking for an awesome housemate!
The house is lovely. It is a Victorian brick single-storey double-fronted terrace. It is relatively large and spacious. It comprises two bedrooms (each with built in robes), lounge, dining, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and backyard.
All rooms are furnished (including yours).
The house is conveniently located in Union Street, which is near trams (Bridge Rd and Swan St) and train (Richmond and West Richmond stations). Or you can walk to the city.
The cat, Yoko, was rescued and left with me at my previous place. She's cute, albeit slightly neurotic.
I am a professional, in my late thirties. By all accounts, I'm easy to live with. I keep fairly active (tennis, basketball, bridge, golf, etc).
You are in your thirties or late twenties, come not as a couple, and are working full-time.
Short term is OK. You need not sign any lease.
If you have a car, there is a parking permit available. Bills (electricity, gas, water, internet) are reasonable.
